This digipak follows a very similar convention to the ones I have previously analysed- it contains a monochrome/ two-tone colour scheme. I really like this digipak because the graphic, whilst very simple has a slight oil spill effect across it, making it look cooler than the other ones I have analysed. Also, the band's logo, a simple X, looks really cool on the CD, as it makes a visual connotation to noughts and crosses, as well as black and white. This follows Claude Levi Strauss's theory of binary opposites.
Once again, there are NO pictures of the band anywhere on the album. This convention has shown so many times in our research that we can only really use a maximum of one photo of the band in our own digipak, otherwise we would be defying conventions massively.
