Rough Cut Class Feedback 4: If our narrative was a movie, what genre would it be?

We wanted our narrative to emulate a drama/ romance storyline, so we asked this question to get a general idea of whether our rough cut had portrayed this.

This suggests to us that our narrative was not clear enough, as some people wrote that it felt more like a soap opera, or just didn't answer the question. When we reshoot, we will have to follow our storyboard exactly to ensure that there is no confusion when it comes to narrative and what we are trying to portray with it.
