What we're keeping the same for our music video

After gaining feedback regarding our music video, there are multiple things that we are planning to change and keep the same. One of the things that we are definitely planning on keeping the same is the lighting on the band for our performance. We feel that it is the most successful aspect that we have within our rough cut music video.

However, as well as keeping the lighting the same, we are also keeping a few of the actors the same, such as Chris, for an example. Being a student that has done drama, he is the best actor that fits the person for our music video. Also keeping Ellie N for being our female actress as she also fits the part really well. Another reason is because Ellie and Chris know each other well and can work professionally together, since they both do drama and have previously done drama.

On the other hand, we are keeping the moral of the story the same, just making some minor adjustments. So we are keeping the idea of having a break up, and keeping the clock as a metaphor for their relationship and breaking towards the end of the video to resemble the end of their relationship. Alternatively, we are planning on changing a few of the locations to ensure that it looks more professional than shooting the scenes at school.

We have also thought about the location of the band, and we definitely feel that it would be a good idea to keep it the same by staying in the drama studio as that's where all the lighting equipment is kept. This would save us a lot of time when it comes to filming for the final cut.
