Ed Sheeran- Divide (Deluxe Boxset) Digipak Analysis

   Here is the Deluxe Boxset which contains;

 - 12” x 12” premium hardcover book
with photos, lyrics and artwork

- 2 x heavyweight blue vinyl, exclusive to this edition of the album
- Deluxe CD album
- Silver plated Divide charm and necklace, packaged separately
- Deluxe digital album sent to you at release.

Now Looking at the front cover of the album it has a blue tie dye effect with the divide symbol that is styled to look drawn on with a sharpie. Then having the title in the divide bar in white writing with non joint hand writing to make it stand out.
The CD of the digipak follows the same but with a smooth blue with no tie die effect but with the same divide symbol.

The following with the book that contains extra such as a blue vinyl instead of the regular black one. Since vinyl are becoming more popular than ever so it adds a bigger purpose especially with the colour difference  it brings in consumerism and that it also adds to the theme of blue. Looking at the casing of the vinyl it shows a contradiction by having a black and white themed, with the inside being black but with white writing to match the front cover, emphasising a three colour scheme.

Another extra featured is an exclusive book that features artwork with a range of photos from photo shoots to behind the scenes. Which is typically in deluxe bonuses to show the creation of the album and the artists journey to come up with a concept and develop it to state that it's enjoyed globally.

It even came with a bracelet as an added bonus, which people can wear to show off.
