The riot album is by paramore which is a little off our genera but is still quite similar. The front cover is quite plain and simple following a three colour scheme. The colours are black white and orange. The black and white show the simplicity and how they don't have to prove anything to none and the orange represents happiness and optimism. This is throughout the album on all parts of the digipak. There are song lyrics throughout the front of the digipak as their music is everything they think about and they are surrounded by it. There is a group photo on the front of the digipak as well which is quite sketchy in black and white as well. This is like the emo genera they represent which isn't what our genre represents. The CD has no black on it and is just orange and white which is quite happy ad not to dark. The writing is sans-seif and is very sketchy which is similar to the rock/emo genre they are. The rest of the digipak is the same with the front and back being almost the same.
For our digipak, i don't think we will follow this idea as it is quite rock based as we are more indie based. The three colour scheme is good an is very simple and plain which would work for our genre.
